Start Your Experience with an Experience

Participants will learn the 5 Essentials of the new Collective Well-being Framework and be guided through assessing their own school, analyzing the data, and determining next steps so they can leave with a professional learning experience tailored to the specific needs of their school community.
This academy provides administrators with an understanding of the importance of creating a professional development plan for their districts and individual school buildings that will provide appropriate trauma responsive training for their staff. Participants will leave with a template which serves as a continuum for moving staff from trauma-aware to trauma-informed.
